It deals with the planning, implementation and management of the strategies and sales policies of the restaurant, bar, pizzeria and ice cream parlor, evaluating the results of the activity; negotiating with suppliers and customers, planning and controlling the efficient use of resources; recruiting staff and defining organizational and managerial innovation processes.

Cinzia, daughter of Dario and Liliana, attended the Hotel School of Levico Terme, graduating as a restaurant service operator, room-bar,  to continue  his passion at Maso Sveseri.

At first following the advice of her father, and now she is the main person in charge of the kitchen.

P repara tasty dishes cooked with local products of choice with personal touch,

but without ever betraying the Trentino tradition.  

Luca  (husband  from  Cinzia)  has  frequented  

there  School  Hotelier  from  Levico  Thermal baths  

graduating  as a room-bar operator.

When needed as an assistant pizza chef.

Liliana takes care of the management of the Hall and  Bar.

Committed to welcoming, assisting, informing and advising customers.  Cook some great cakes!

Dario, now retired, after years of experience in the culinary sector, has given us precious recipes such as:

Polentoli - Maliziosi - Parafam.

Creator of the "Alzavalvole" liqueur, an excellent digestive with lemon.
